Who we are

What we collect, and why
- Your name, mobile number and email — to confirm your appointment, send reminders, and let you reschedule or cancel.
- Details about the student or your visit (for example the class applied for) — so the right person can prepare for the meeting.
- Messages you send us on WhatsApp or through the booking assistant — to answer you.
- Which of our links brought you here (for example an Instagram post or a poster’s QR code) — only the campaign name, so we know which notices are useful. We do not track your browsing.
We use these details only to arrange and follow up on your appointment. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
Who helps us
- Our booking system (Slotify), which stores your details on the school’s server.
- Our email provider, to send confirmations.
- Twilio (WhatsApp), to send and receive WhatsApp messages.
- An AI service (Groq) when you use “Book by voice” or when our staff ask the assistant to draft a message. Every message to you is checked by our staff before it is sent.
How long we keep it
Personal details are removed from appointments 2 years after the appointment date. If you join the school, your details become part of the admission records under the school’s own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, or to erase them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to admissions@greenfield.school — we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
Your details travel over an encrypted connection. Staff access is protected by passwords and two-step sign-in, every access to exports and data requests is logged, and backups are kept privately.
